Leah Tremain, M.Ed., CEO

Leah Tremain holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in educational video. For over 20 years, Leah has successfully led Tremain Media, evolving and sometimes pivoting, but always embracing the changing media landscape. During this time, she has incubated tech innovations and achieved best-seller success with educational IP. She is a seasoned project manager, public speaker, university instructor, consultant and two-time IBJJF World Master Jiu-Jitsu Champion. Her current focus is on artificial intelligence, app development and offering custom AI solutions for small businesses.

Jason Oakley, Regional Creative Director

Jason is a versatile professional with a wealth of experience in both management and content creation. Having worked with corporations, edited for million+ YouTubers, and managed film festivals at CineCentral in Nanaimo, Jason has proven his expertise across various domains. As a cinematographer, animator, and drone operator, he brings a unique skill set to Tremain Media. Jason leads our team with dedication, assisting clients in realizing their media vision and providing approachable and valuable support every step of the way.

Jess Korhonen, Project Manager, Creative

Jess brings a powerful blend of creativity, integrity, and advocacy to every project she leads. As a project manager and communications lead, she offers deep care, collaborative fluency, and unwavering respect for community voices—especially Indigenous and LGBTQIA2S+ perspectives – shaped also by her own experience as Red River Métis and queer. With a background in photography and video, she brings a refined visual sensibility to her work.
 

Ronin Harver, Multidisciplinary Creative

Ronin Harver is a multidisciplinary designer and storyteller whose work spans graphic design, filmmaking, illustration, and music. He has created award-winning films recognized at BC festivals and built media projects that have reached over 500,000 views across TikTok and YouTube. With a strong focus on visual narrative and creative experimentation, Ronin brings an adaptable, problem-solving mindset to every project. He thrives in collaborative environments and is driven by a passion for crafting bold, meaningful work that pushes ideas beyond the expected.

Marc Noel, Videographer, Production Manager, Editor

Marc Noel, a proud resident of the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, has dedicated over 17 years to the video production industry. His portfolio includes a wide array of projects for renowned brands, showcasing his talent in creating engaging video content. Marc’s experience spans broadcast, livestream, scripted, narrative, and independent feature productions. By seamlessly blending technical precision with creative innovation, Marc consistently achieves outstanding results, enhancing brand awareness and engagement.
